The Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) is a pathway to Canadian permanent residence designed for experienced tradespeople who possess the skills and qualifications needed to support Canada's growing economy. Managed through the Express Entry system, the program helps address labor shortages in key industries such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, maintenance, and industrial services. It provides skilled workers with the opportunity to live and work in Canada permanently while benefiting from a high quality of life, excellent healthcare, world-class education, and strong career prospects. Whether you are an electrician, plumber, welder, carpenter, mechanic, chef, or another qualified tradesperson, the FSTP offers a streamlined route to build a successful future in Canada and contribute to the country's workforce and economic growth.
